Lovely aroma of cassis and slightly nutty tone from the French oak. The taste is “chewy”, i.e. the combination of fruit, freshness and tannic structure give appetizing resistance that has become the signum for First Selection. Ruen’s deeper spiciness and herbiness in combination with tart black currant elegance of cabernet sauvignon form a unique flavor both in the young and the aged wine. Long lasting finish.

Full-bodied wine rich in extracts and tannins. A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ruen or Melnik 55 in typical proportion 50/30/20. Aging potential 6–7 years.Deep dark red color. Aromas of cassis and jammy plums accompanied by gentle nutty oak notes. The taste is juicy from blackcurrant, blackberries and a hint of smoky licorice. Long finish with marked tannic structure that softens with age.

The color is light salmon pink, the taste is fresh, medium-bodied and fruity, with notes of red currants, raspberries and summer fruits. Appetizing notes of grapefruit in the aftertaste.
Typical values: Alcohol 12.5%, residual sugar 1gr/l. Annual production 6.000 bottles.A wine based on 100% Chenin Blanc. The color is crystal clear with light lime green tones. The taste is crisp fresh with pleasant acidity and aromas of green apples, peach and a clear minerality in the finish. An elegant, absolutely dry Chenin Blanc.
Typical values: Alcohol 12.5%, residual sugar 1gr/l. Annual production 3.500 bottles.A wine based on approx. 90% Assyrtiko and 10% Chenin Blanc. Clear appearance and clean nose with finely tuned floral notes. Taste of fresh apricot and nectarine together with refreshing lime. Very clean and crisp, acidic wine with nice length in the aftertaste.
