The appearance is salmon pink. The aroma is charming, with raspberry, apple, lime and a hint of white pepper in the background. The taste is rich with quite high acidity and flavors of nectarine, wild strawberries and red currant. In the aftertaste there is a pleasant warming spicyness. A vintage that can be served as a mouthwatering aperitif, as well as for pork, poultry or vegetarian dishes.
