Light, fresh and crisp rosé with aromas of apples, lime leaves and wild strawberries. The palate is fresh and aromatic with red berries, small roundness but good firming acidity from a brilliant vintage. Good to enjoy as it is, but perfect for dishes with saltiness and fruity acidity, or grilled white meat and poultry.
