Deep in colour. Hint of cocoa and coconut from the oak at first, then more black pepper, berries and violets in the young, yet delicate aroma. Concentrated but elegant flavours of blackcurrant and fresh acidity, with spicy bay leaves and cocoa. Long, fine taste with good astringency. Store for 3–6 years.
